Russian couple climb Empire State Building

A Russian couple have been arrested after climbing the Empire State Building.

Angela Nikolau and Vanya Beerkus appear to get engaged atop the building, whilst unfurling a banner that read, "When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace."
The pair face charges including burglary, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct.
