12 people have been killed in another large-scale Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv.

A nine-story block of flats collapsed in the Podilskyi area of the city, trapping people under the rubble, while another apartment blockwas badly damaged on the city's left bank.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said a lack of Patriot interceptors meant Ukraine was unable to shoot down ballistic missiles and said the US and Europe had "the power to stop this terror".
