We spoke to Maggie Oliver, the former Detective Constable with Greater Manchester Police who blew the whistle on the Rochdale grooming scandal, about the release of gang leader Shabir Ahmed.
She says victims, including Ruby, who was targeted by the gang, are being “retraumatised by successive failings”.
