Owain Rhys Davies, Twin Peaks and The OA Actor, Dead at 44

'Twin Peaks: The Return' actor Owain Rhys Davies has died. He was 44 years old. His family sharing the news on Instagram, saying the actor died 'suddenly, naturally and peacefully,' but they still have 'unanswered questions' about his death. Owain played Agent Wilson on David Lynch's 2017 series and also appeared as 'Audio Engineer' on Netflix's 'The OA.'
