That's the confronting statement given by Mykola Bielieskov from Ukraine's National Institute for Strategic Studies, when asked about how Ukrainians are faring in the war.
He says Ukraine needs support, as the country faces up to the prospect of what's expected to be a tough winter under Russian bombardment.
