President Donald Trump is asking the Supreme Court to allow construction to proceed on his ballroom after an appeals court ruled he needed congressional authorization to build the complex. Trump is arguing that the ballroom is just a part of what will be a massive underground military complex, saying it’s a “desperately needed national security structure.” NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
