Biden's truly bonkers antitrust case against Apple
"If 60% of the U.S. smartphone market for Apple is enough to trigger some kind of antitrust action, Windows still has a 55% market share of desktop computers. This means the next action will be another case against Microsoft, which nobody is pretending is dominating and and destroying markets, through its monopoly power. These are functioning markets," argues Nick Gillepsie.
