AWS Security Hub now provides an AI inventory, a continuously updated, organization-wide view of your AI assets and their security posture. AI inventory discovers and catalogs AI workloads across your AWS environment by inventorying managed service resources across Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and Bedrock AgentCore, and by finding self-hosted and external workloads running on EC2, ECS, and EKS through runtime analysis. It maps each asset to the infrastructure beneath it including compute, networking, IAM roles, and data stores, and correlates it with security signals such as GuardDuty findings. In this video we walk through the AI inventory experience in Security Hub, how it identifies the external model endpoints your workloads call, and how it connects to GuardDuty AI Protection to show you which infrastructure is involved when anomalous activity is detected. AI inventory is available in your Security Hub Essentials plan at no additional cost.
