A second train has derailed, this time in Essex, one day after two people were seriously injured when a train came off the tracks in East Sussex.

Police said there were no reported injuries from today's incident although the Greater Anglia rail operator has urged passengers not to travel on that route until further notice.
Network Rail said investigations into both incidents will look at all possible causes, saying the heatwaves had presented "exceptional challenges".
