A humpback whale which became stranded in the Baltic Sea is now on a barge heading to the North sea.

The whale, nicknamed Timmy by local media, was first spotted stranded in shallow waters near Germany.
It has been getting sicker and weaker and many feared the whale would soon die. If the rescue plan works out, the whale will eventually find its way home to the Atlantic Ocean.
