The results: platform team support load dropped from 60–70% to under 30%. That reclaimed capacity went directly into building new customer features.
The assistant is grounded in HelloFresh-specific documentation and real migration examples, delivering accurate, context-aware answers at scale.
Building on this success, HelloFresh is expanding generative AI to incident response and developer onboarding.
