Pronto scales home services platform for 25,000 daily bookings | Amazon Web Services
Pronto is building a managed home services platform that makes booking home services as quick as ordering a cab or food. In this video, Lakshay Thareja, Head of Engineering at Pronto, shares how the company scaled from one city to more than 10 cities and grew from zero to 25,000 bookings a day in less than a year.
Using AWS, Pronto supports back-end scalability, operational automation, analytics, and machine learning workloads. Its architecture includes Amazon EKS, Amazon RDS, Amazon ElastiCache, Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon SageMaker. Pronto also uses AI across support operations and engineering productivity, including operational insights, support workflow automation, and AI-powered access to codebase and documentation.
