Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on October 14 he was surprised by difficulties involving Starlink services and intelligence-sharing with the United States, stressing the need for an honest and reliable partnership. Speaking in London alongside British Prime Minister Andy Burnham, Zelensky received assurances that Britain would accelerate deliveries of air-defense systems to Ukraine. His remarks came as Russian missile and drone attacks killed civilians and disrupted electricity supplies, further straining Kyiv’s relationship with President Trump over efforts to secure an energy ceasefire.
