A physical altercation broke out in the stands during Donald Trump's midterm rally in Youngstown, Ohio, prompting security personnel to intervene as witnesses reported seeing fists flying. Addressing the apparent protester from the stage, Trump mocked the individual's appearance, telling the crowd, "He's gotta go on a diet, he's a fat guy." Trump further claimed the man was being paid by political opponents and instructed him to "go back home to mom."
