There are reports that the US and Iran may be on the verge of agreeing a deal to extend their current ceasefire by 60 days, despite an exchange of fire between the two countries this morning.
It's also thought that talks on Iran's nuclear programme may be imminent. Meanwhile, Israel has launched a barrage of air strikes against Lebanon, once again targeting the port of Tyre and southern suburbs of Beirut.
