NHS failures left man unnoticed in A&E for 16 hours

Robert Fray died in 2022 after he was left unconscious and unnoticed in a hospital waiting room for 16 hours.
Speaking publicly for the first time his daughter Claire has told Channel 4 News how the failures by both the ambulance service and the hospital, left her devastated and stole her father's life.
