A school shooting in the Southern Philippines has left two 14–year-olds, a boy and a girl, and the teenage gunman dead. At least 10 others were wounded and officials say the shooting ‘remains under investigation’.

It’s the third fatal gun incident since June in the Philippines, where school shootings were previously rare.
