Earl Spencer - the brother of Diana Princess of Wales - has made more claims about King Charles in the latest extracts from his new memoir.
The Earl alleged that Charles sounded "giddily elated" at the news of Diana's death and sounded like a "lottery winner".
Buckingham Palace has already said it does not comment on books, but strongly pushed back against the allegations.
