Police investigating the violent death of the former MP Ann Widdecombe at her home in Devon have made a new arrest, a 28-year-old white man.
He was detained in Rotherham in Yorkshire on Saturday evening.
Officers say they aren't looking for anyone else in connection with her killing. The man they first arrested was released yesterday and is no longer part of the investigation.
