Pete Horrell said Widdecombe was a "lovely, kind person" and had fond memories of driving her.

Horrell laid flowers outside her home in Devon where the former Conservative MP and Reform UK spokesperson was found dead on Thursday.
Police have opened a murder inquiry into the death, and have released a man who was initially arrested as a suspect.
