The last evidence has been heard at the public inquiry into the 2023 Nottingham attacks which left three people dead.
Valdo Calocane, a paranoid schizophrenic, murdered students Barnaby Webber and Grace O'Malley Kumar before going on to kill school caretaker Ian Coates and seriously injure 3 others.
Now After 14 weeks of evidence and 164 witnesses, the inquiry chair Deborah Taylor will consider the impact of any failures by public bodies.
