BMW XM is a car for people who want to stand out from the crowd. The BMW XM is an SUV similar in size to the X7. The X7 is slightly longer and taller, but the XM is wider and has the same wheelbase and ground clearance. The XM is M's first standalone car since the M1. The M2, M3, M4, M5, etc. are all sporty versions of existing models, but the XM has no school run counterpart.
