Emergency teams from El Salvador, Mexico and Venezuela are working to free a 21-year-old man from a collapsed building, while a newborn baby who was pulled out alive yesterday is recovering in hospital, together with his mother.
More than 1,400 people are confirmed to have died but tens of thousands are feared missing.
