Sir Keir Starmer is in Kyiv today on one of the last foreign trips of his premiership. His meeting with the Ukrainian President comes at a time of political unrest in the country.

Demonstrators have taken to the streets in Kyiv and other cities today after the sudden dismissal of the country's popular Defence Minister, Mykhailo Fedorov.
Although he had only been in post for six months, the 35-year-old been credited with transforming the defence ministry and reducing corruption. During his time in office Ukraine's position on the batlefield had improved dramatically.
