37 people have been killed after a Russian attack on a Ukrainian village near the capital, Kyiv - with more than 40 others injured and dozens of homes destroyed.

President Zelenskyy confirmed that an ammunition storage site had been hit - setting off a massive fire. He said an investigation was underway into why explosives had been illegally stored in a civilian area, accusing those responsible of "terrible negligence".
